Is your inner compass due for a tune-up? It’s time to revamp how you use your personal resources, Pisces. This year, relationships with other people have demanded a lot of your energy. You’re already a natural giver, but your well has run dry. It’s time to refuel! With challenging Saturn in your seventh house of commitments since September 2007, you need to be vigilant about saving some goodies for yourself.
In October, you’ll want to revamp where you give your time and energy, an urge that probably started around Labor Day. Pisces, you truly can have a rewarding, balanced life. You just have to be diligent about how you parcel your time. By nature, you’re not a “calendar girl.” You love to while away the hours with a good friend, get swept up in art, music or a great conversation. Find a way to condense those into concentrated pockets of ecstasy all day long. For example, bring fresh flowers or art to your office, take ten minute “dance breaks” between tasks, set an egg timer and have an awesome ten-minute call with your honey. That way, you can reach your professional goals or manage your obligations without sacrificing your joy.
Need some added incentive? A major money moment comes your way on October 14. That day, the Aries full moon shines on your second house of income and self-worth. If you’re closing a deal, asking for a raise or waiting for a job offer, this is an excellent moment. The full moon also acts as a divine spotlight, so if your budget needs an upgrade, it’s a great day to look at the big picture and upgrade your money management.
Of course, as the cliché goes, your net worth and self-worth are intertwined. If you don’t love your life right now, make some changes. The full moon will support you completely. The second house also governs your everyday environment. Look around, Pisces. Do the art, décor, even the scents and fabrics resonate with you-ness? If not, do something about it. You’re extremely sensitive to your environment, probably more than you realize. Like a sponge, you soak up whatever’s happening around you.

For you, keeping information private will be a challenge during this cycle.
This retrograde falls in your eighth house of large financial resources (debt, credit cards), intimacy and secrets. Sound intriguing? That’s because this house is ruled by mysterious Scorpio, which is a Water sign like Pisces. Your psychic and intuitive receptors could be at an all-time high. However, you may not love the information they’re picking up. Retrogrades bring back the past, so some old, deep wounds you thought were healed could need some attention during the first half of October. You could feel old emotions like jealousy, shame and anger flare up, seemingly out of nowhere.
Pisces, if possible, don’t judge yourself. We all have a “shadow side,” and it’s healthy to get acquainted with yours. The eighth house rules the psyche, so you might even employ a therapist or healer to help you work through whatever comes up. Write in a journal, meditate, paint, spend time near water, even turn down the lights and dance. Whatever it takes to release this bottled-up stuff, do it.
