MONTHLY OVERVIEW:
You're wrapping up a brilliant year of reinvention. Jupiter, planet of luck and expansion, has been in Aquarius since January 2009, unveiling parts of yourself you never knew existed. In many ways you feel reborn, and your life may look nothing like it did a year ago.

With healing Neptune traveling alongside Jupiter in 2009, karmic wounds faded, and you no longer defined yourself based on pain or an outmoded self-image.  Jupiter will be in Aquarius until mid-January, giving you another month of personal expansion. If there are still items on your "bucket list," tackle them.

The Sun is in Sagittarius until December 21st, warming up your eleventh house of groups and society. Embrace the giving spirit with volunteer work, or attend parties that donate proceeds to a social cause. Reduce your holiday carbon footprint by sending online gift certificates and e-cards. On the 21st, the Sun enters Capricorn, your restful twelfth house. Power down for the rest of the year and focus on deep internal healing. A lunar eclipse falls in your service and well-being sector on December 31st. You may adopt a pet near the end of the month or in early 2010. This animal will be sent by angels to heal you with unconditional love.

LOVE & ROMANCE:
Va-va-voom! On December 2nd, a Gemini full moon spices up your fifth house of romance. An attraction that began in June could burst into passionate flames. A holiday party could bring a bevy of new admirers. Watch for drama around this date, as emotions and tempers can get feverish. You may need to clear the air, but take a time-out if the conversation gets too heated.

If you've been dating a dud, cancel your subscription to the Playboy channel—you've got no time to waste on someone who strings you along. Sexy Mars is in Leo until next June, energizing your committed relationship sector. At least one person out there is clamoring to lock down a long-term partnership with you. Committed Aquarians will feel increased excitement and tension with a mate due to Mars' intensity. In the midst of an argument, you might just rip each other's clothes off and settle it in the bedroom. On the 20th, Mars goes retrograde (backward) until March. Declare a truce, because you don't have the energy to fight. A short-term separation, couples' therapy or a healing workshop could help you set things right. Single Aquarians could get a second chance with an old lover. Shalimar's lyrics may be true: The second time around/Is so much better than the first time. Time will tell!

MONEY & CAREER:
Your financial situation has been a roller coaster ride for the last five months thanks to your ruler, unpredictable Uranus. This volatile planet has been retrograde in your work and money sector, causing unexpected plot twists and interrupted plans. You've had to return to the drawing board time and again, reaching into the reserves of your creativity.

On December 1st, Uranus returns to direct (forward) motion, ending the setbacks. You could be offered a fascinating job that involves technology or a cutting-edge approach. As an "early adopter" type, you love to be ahead of the curve. Explore the options. However, you should play your cards carefully at the December 16th Sagittarius new moon. Don't jump into a collaboration or group project, even if it sounds promising. Before you assume any financial risk, do thorough background checks. Teaming up with a fellow "maverick" (to quote Aquarius Sarah Palin) could create unwanted chaos.

HEALTH & FITNESS:

Spiritual healing and physical rest arrive when the Sun enters Capricorn on December 21st. Like the Energizer bunny hitting that last drop of battery juice, exhaustion sets in. Listen to your body. This is your annual rest period, the month before your birthday and the end of your solar cycle.

On December 31st, the Cancer lunar eclipse ushers in a period of renewed vitality. You've been building toward a healthier, more stable lifestyle since the solar eclipse in July. Now, your efforts bear fruit—that is, if you've put in the time. If you've been avoiding appropriately working on your well-being, it's time to kick a habit for real. That means dealing with any core emotional issues underneath. Choosing denial is bad enough, but lying to yourself is worse. Don't wait until something gets unbearable before you take action.
