When You're On: Aquarians love to hang with a crew and "the more the merrier" could be your motto. You're always down for a party, especially if it brings a chance to meet new people. Discovering things gives you a thrill and you'll happily wander the earth in pursuit of an unusual thrill. You love the great outdoors, particularly the mountains, so anything from snowboarding to hiking will charge you up and give you a chance to flex your powerful leg muscles. When You're Off: Active and alert Aquarians aren't good at doing nothing. On a day off, you'll surf the web or head to the bookstore in search of the meaning of life. Taking in new information recharges you and you get a rush from independent films and gallery exhibits. At times, you can get panicky about the future and should resist the urge to dial the Psychic Hotline. You're better off channeling this into some volunteer work which can help you feel positive about the world again.

Aquarius is the sign of friendship
and teamwork. You tend to be more focused on the group than
the individual, and often have trouble letting youself get really close
to people. Aquarians dream of making the world a better place, and
may actually be more generous with the general public than you are
with your own friends and family. Running off and joining the
Peace Corps you can handle. Should a friend show up bawling on your
doorstep, however, you may be overwhelmed by the intensity of it all. Your
heart is big and you will try to help. But you'll feel a little
bit trapped by the situation, too.
Freedom is important to you, which is why you like to keep things light. That way, you won't feel bad about running off to the opposite corner of the world at a moment's notice. At times this strategy backfires, leaving you feeling lonely and disconnected. Or you may pick one—and only one—person to open up to and get attached to the point of near-obsession. Like the rest of us, you need people. It's only your fear of being needed in return that keeps you from expressing this.
Learning to relax and form deeper bonds is a powerful lesson for your sign. If you open up—even just a little—you will be surprised to find how many people are waiting to support you in whatever your freedom-loving hearts desire. Calm and patient (and private!) people who do not push Aquarians to open up before your time are the ones with whom Aquarians will ultimately share your deepest secrets.
